These terms apply to use of the GeoStabilizer website and purchases from GeoStabilizer, LLC ("GeoStabilizer," "we," "us," or "our"), the seller. Contact us at info@geostabilizer.com, (949) 269-1451, or 15892 Manufacture Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 with questions before ordering.

Products and purchases

Review the product description, container size, price, application instructions, safety information, shipping charges, and returns policy before purchasing. Prices and availability may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before payment when checkout is enabled.

Online ordering, when offered, is for the products and destinations shown at checkout. Barrels, drums, totes, and other bulk requirements are handled by inquiry and any separately agreed quotation. A bulk inquiry does not itself place an order or guarantee a freight rate.

If we discover an error or cannot fulfill an order as offered, we will contact you rather than substitute a materially different product or increase the agreed price without consent. If an order is canceled after payment, amounts owed will be refunded as required by law. A payment acknowledgment does not mean an order has shipped.

Delivery and returns

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy explain delivery and issue-resolution terms. All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases, subject to the exceptions and legally required remedies described there. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Application and product performance

Follow the current manufacturer-approved label, instructions, and applicable Safety Data Sheet for the exact product. Determine suitability for the substrate and intended use, and test a small area first. Soil, rock, preparation, dilution, equipment, weather, curing, traffic, and application method affect results. General website examples and planning estimates do not establish a guaranteed result or coverage rate.

Pre-Mixed is ready to use without additional water. Rock Bond is applied undiluted unless GeoStabilizer gives product-specific directions otherwise. Concentrate requires its own approved dilution and application instructions. Do not transfer directions between formulations.

Decorative rock bonding is not a representation that a surface is structurally rated or slip resistant. Avoid uses unsupported by the product's approved documentation. Seek product-specific guidance when instructions or safety information are incomplete.

Warranty and customer rights

GeoStabilizer does not offer a separate voluntary satisfaction or application-performance guarantee through this website. This statement does not eliminate an express warranty that may arise from a specific product representation, or any implied warranty or other customer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. The all-sales-final policy does not remove remedies required by law for defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered goods.

Any separately issued manufacturer warranty applies according to its terms and applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Website use and content

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent information, or use it unlawfully. Website text, design, photographs, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law; rights belonging to third parties remain theirs. Links to outside services do not make GeoStabilizer responsible for their content or policies.

We may update these terms prospectively. An update does not retroactively change the agreed terms of an existing purchase unless lawfully agreed. Applicable law governs; nothing here restricts rights that cannot legally be waived.
