Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 4, 2026
GeoStabilizer, LLC ("GeoStabilizer," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website. This policy describes personal information handled through the GeoStabilizer website and customer communications. Purchase-related descriptions apply when online ordering becomes available.
Information we collect and use
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message. Include only information needed for your inquiry. We use this information to respond, discuss projects or quotes, and provide support.
When you place an order or request a quote, we may collect contact details, company information, billing and delivery addresses, products, quantities, transaction status, and related correspondence. We use these details to administer purchases, arrange delivery, maintain business records, and resolve issues. Stripe will provide payment processing when online checkout is enabled; its handling of payment information is described in its privacy policy.
Our hosting and security services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which can include IP addresses and browser or request information. The contact-form security system uses a hashed IP identifier and short-lived counters to limit repeated submissions. These counters do not contain the message text. Submitted messages are sent by email.
Service providers and other disclosures
GeoStabilizer does not sell or rent customer contact lists. We disclose information to the service providers described below to operate the website and respond to customers. The Facebook embed may disclose online identifiers and browsing information to Meta for its own purposes. Such disclosures can fall within broader legal definitions of “sale” or “sharing,” including cross-context behavioral advertising. Use our privacy choices to disable the embed or contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.
We use ChatGPT Sites/OpenAI for website hosting, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, and Resend for contact-form email delivery. When ordering is available, Stripe processes payments and FedEx receives delivery information needed to provide shipping. These providers process information in connection with their services. Facebook receives information through the embedded video described below.
We may disclose records as required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights and safety, or handle a business transfer, subject to applicable law.
Local storage, embedded media, and browser signals
The cart stores product selections and quantities in your browser's local storage so they can remain available when you return. It does not store your contact or payment details in that cart entry. Clearing site data removes the saved cart. We do not use a separate analytics tag or advertising pixel on this website. Third-party services, including the Facebook video, have the practices described below.
The website includes an embedded Facebook video that plays within the page. When the embed loads, your browser communicates with Meta, which may receive device and connection information and use cookies or similar technologies, even if you do not press play. Meta may collect information about activity over time and across websites, depending on its practices and your settings. See Meta's privacy policy and its account privacy controls. Browser restrictions on third-party content may prevent the video from loading.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals, including IP address and browser information, to evaluate automated traffic and protect the contact form. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum and privacy policy. You can use browser controls to manage cookies and clear site storage; restricting these features may affect the cart, video, or contact form.
Privacy choices: You can use the controls below to disable the embedded Facebook video in this browser. We also disable it when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal with the page request. With that signal enabled, the embed remains disabled even if you choose the standard setting. This limits new connections from this website's video embed; it does not erase data already received by Meta or change your settings with other services. Essential hosting, contact-form security, and requested business communications remain available.
Your saved choice uses a first-party preference cookie for up to one year. It applies to this browser and website hostname, rather than every device or an identified customer account. If you clear cookies, use another browser, or visit a different hostname, make the choice there too or use GPC. If you want an opt-out associated with information we hold about you, contact us using the methods below. Do Not Track is a different browser signal; the website does not separately respond to it.
Your privacy choices
Standard setting: the embedded Facebook video is enabled. You can disable it below.
Opting out does not stop you from shopping, contacting us, or viewing product instructions. The standard setting allows the embedded video to connect to Facebook; a GPC signal always takes priority.
Retention and security
We retain inquiries and business records for the purposes described here, including follow-up, transaction administration, legal recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. Retention depends on the record's purpose, applicable requirements, and whether a matter remains unresolved. Service providers maintain their own operational records under their applicable terms and policies. Expired form-rate-limit records are periodically removed; they are not a permanent inquiry archive.
The site uses HTTPS and server-side configuration for private service credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Requests and contact
You can ask about personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Depending on your residence and the laws applicable to our business, your rights may include knowing the categories and specific information collected, its sources and purposes, and the recipients; obtaining a portable copy; correcting inaccurate information; deleting information subject to exceptions; and opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable. You may also have a right to limit certain uses of sensitive information. We do not request sensitive personal information through the contact form or use it to infer sensitive characteristics.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. We may need to verify identity for access, correction, or deletion requests, and may retain records where legally permitted or required. Opting out of the video does not require creating an account or providing identity documents. An authorized agent may submit a request; where permitted, we may request evidence of authorization and verification from you. If we decline a request, you can ask us to reconsider or appeal by contacting us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will explain our decision and respond within the timeframe applicable law requires. You may also contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator. These descriptions do not waive or reduce any rights that apply.
For privacy requests, email info@geostabilizer.com with the subject “Privacy Request,” call (949) 269-1451, or write to GeoStabilizer, LLC, Privacy Request, 15892 Manufacture Lane, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. Do not send payment-card information or sensitive identity documents through the contact form.
Children, links, and changes
The website is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate. Other websites linked here have their own privacy practices. We will post revisions and update the effective date, providing further notice where required by law.
