Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales final

All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including unused or unopened products purchased in error, surplus quantities, or products no longer needed. Review the formulation, container size, application requirements, and quantity before purchasing. Ask us about suitability before ordering if you are unsure.

This policy does not eliminate rights or remedies required by law, including those concerning defective, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered goods, applicable warranties, or shipment delays requiring a cancellation option.

Problems with an order

Email info@geostabilizer.com or call (949) 269-1451 if an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, or if you have a delivery problem. Provide the order details and a description of the issue. Photos and packaging can help us investigate, where safe and practical. Prompt reporting helps resolve a claim; this policy does not impose an arbitrary reporting deadline that overrides legal rights.

Do not use a product that appears damaged or unsafe. Do not send product back without contacting us for safe handling and any return instructions. A request to contact us first does not remove rights provided by law.

We will review the issue and arrange the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, refund, or another agreed resolution. We do not require a customer to pay return freight for our shipping error or a confirmed defective item where doing so would be inconsistent with applicable law. No restocking fee applies to a legally required remedy.

Cancellations and refunds

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel or correct an order. We cannot promise voluntary cancellation after processing or shipment begins. Required cancellation rights, including applicable rights relating to shipment delays, still apply.

When a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method unless a different lawful arrangement is agreed. We will meet applicable refund deadlines. The payment provider or bank may take additional time to display the credit. Store credit is not a mandatory substitute for a refund required by law.
